Nous rencontrons actuellement un incident avec l’un de nos services managés, ce qui impacte le démarrage de notre API plateforme. Afin de maintenir sa disponibilité, nous avons temporairement désactivé l’intégration avec ce service.

En conséquence, certaines fonctionnalités de data visualisation ne sont pas disponibles pour le moment. Le reste de la plateforme fonctionne normalement.

We experienced a partial service disruption due to an incident at our infrastructure provider OVHcloud.

The issue affected Public Cloud services in the GRA region. Our systems have recovered and are now stable. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates if necessary.
